Features

Three domains. One tool.

Training, nutrition and health — one connected system, not three separate spreadsheets.

In beta

Training

  • Mesocycle programs: weeks → days → exercises, variable-length weeks
  • Periodization: heavy/light weeks derived from the cycle calendar
  • Set log: weight × reps × RPE, supersets, cascading rest timers
  • Epley e1RM analytics: series by week type and rep ranges
In beta

Nutrition

  • Macro diary: 6 meals, product database with search and top-frequency list
  • Goals for training and rest days — rest inherits until you set it
  • TDEE via Mifflin-St Jeor, calibrated by your weight trend
  • Custom products, barcode lookup, kcal-only or macro-based goal mode
Coming soon

Health

  • Upload a lab report: PDF or photo → structured markers
  • Low / high / in-range flags, strictly by your lab's reference ranges
  • Marker trends over time — dynamics without manual spreadsheets
  • Nothing is saved to your profile until you confirm it

How it works

From program to e1RM — four steps

No bloat: build the plan, run the cycle, log the work, read the analytics.

  1. 01

    Build the program

A mesocycle: weeks, days, exercises, supersets. Rest cascades: program → personal default → 120 seconds.

  2. 02

    Run the cycle

The program is frozen into an immutable snapshot: edit the plan all you want, history stays intact. The calendar tracks heavy/light weeks for you.

  3. 03

    Log your sets

Weight × reps × RPE — in seconds. Log for any date: forgot yesterday's session? Enter it today.

  4. 04

    Read the analytics

Epley e1RM per exercise: series by week type, rep-range breakdowns, full history.

Who it's for

Built for the iron

Competing athletes and serious amateurs — people who train by plan, not by mood.

The serious amateur

One to three years in, progress is real but order is not? Ferrum fixes that: program, journal, analytics — instead of ten spreadsheet tabs.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Free during early access — You move the iron. Ferrum runs the numbers.

Is Ferrum free?

Yes. During early access everything is free with no feature limits. Paid plans will come later — we'll warn you well in advance.

What happens to my data?

Your data is yours: export and full account deletion (GDPR cascade, files included). Medical data is saved only after your explicit confirmation on a review screen.

Which languages does Ferrum support?

Russian, English and German. Units: kg/cm or lb/in — your choice.

Does Ferrum diagnose from blood tests?

No. Ferrum is a health monitoring and harm-reduction tool: it flags markers low / high / in range strictly by your lab's reference ranges and builds trends. It is not a diagnosis and not a treatment. For medical questions, see a doctor.

Do I need a coach to use it?

No. Ferrum is self-serve: register, build a program, run a cycle, train. A dedicated coach mode is on the roadmap.
